The journey
of designing

As a storyteller, I craft UI/UX designs that not only achieve business objectives but also prioritise the user experience.

As a storyteller, I craft UI/UX designs that not only achieve business objectives but also prioritise the user experience.
My roles in different company settings have equipped me with a broad knowledge base, encompassing various business models and the critical role of design in shaping user interactions.

Curious about my design approach? Let me guide you through how I transform ideas into impactful digital experiences.
I would immerse myself in the users' world by conducting interviews, surveys, and observations.
Then, I create detailed user personas and empathy maps to understand their motivations, frustrations, and goals.
After crafting a clear and concise problem statement that captures the core issue we're trying to solve. I would ensure the problem statement is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).
Let's get creative! Brainstorm a wide range of ideas using techniques like mind mapping, sketching, and group sessions. We can even host a workshop to spark inspiration.
I would create low-fidelity (Lo-Fi) or fidelity (Hi-Fi) prototypes in Figma and test these prototypes with users to gather early feedback and identify areas for improvement.
To gather user feedback, I would employ usability testing and distribute click-dummies for independent evaluation. By analysing the results, I would identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, ensuring the product meets user needs.
As part of the final step, I would create high-fidelity designs, UI kits, comprehensive documentation, and playbooks to ensure a smooth handover to developers. After launch, I would closely monitor the project's performance and gather user feedback to understand its real-world impact.
